In 2009 the building measures at the location in Hirschfeld-Neukirchen, close to the motorway junction Nossen, were finished.
Changes in the automotive and automotive supplier market in the years 2008 and 2009 made extensive restructuring measures necessary at UKM. The focus on the new location was one of our optimization measures.
Since 2004 seven production buildings, a high-bay warehouse and a new administrative building have been built on the 120,000 square meter area. With our new buildings we have been able to meet the requirements resulting from our growing business. A modern working environment has been created for our employees.
The buildings fulfill state of the art production requirements, among others the strict conditions for complex and accurate fine machining processes. Furthermore we still have capacities for customer requests and new products.
