A flexible and demand-orientated production system ensures fast reaction times and a high reliability for shippment dates. With modern, standardized production systems for large batch production, such as flow-line production and KANBAN, we achieve minimal stock and a short run time.
In 2009 we introduced a state of the art high-bay warehouse at our facility in Hirschfeld. This allows for a systematic storage of semi finished products and leads to a further optimization of reaction times.
