Our toolmaking facilities provide manufacturing, repair and maintenance of tools. Services include single fixtures and complete tools for cold forming, attachments for machining centers, test fixtures and spare parts for machines and facilities. We have CNC-lathes, milling and grinding machines, wire or die-sinking EDM, as well as conventional grinding and machining facilities.
The range of tasks is mainly defined in close collaboration with our developers who design the tools for large batch production according to our customers' requirements. UKM have their own design department for equipment. Qualified staff also supervise spare part storage and perform preventive maintenance of machines and fixtures. We use the PPS-system FOSS for tool management.
