For maintaining our high quality standards and high quality products, continouous training for all employees is inevitable. UKM offers a wide range of possibilities for advanced training. Employees are regularly questioned about their individual expectations, and courses are provided in accordance with the company's operational requirements. As the company pays for the training measures, the employees agree to spend part of their free time for the training. Internal training measures relate to the quality circle and the requirements of our applied job-rotation-principle, but we also offer a number of external training opportunities. CNC-courses for turning and milling, programming courses, courses to obtain a master's certificate, or a certificate allowing to provide vocational training as well as courses on testing and measuring are some of the possibilities we provide regularly. Also, a skilled worker's certificate may be obtained and English courses at different levels are offered.
