At UKM efficient communication is regarded as essential. Therefore, our communication flows are always clearly defined. Apart from standardized information boards and our company magazine, we organize leasure activities that provide opportunities for information exchange and social contact. Here, colleagues and superiors can get to know each other outside the working environment and exchage experiences and ideas, or discuss problems. Of course we also provide workshops on different topics.
