CIP - Continuous Improvement

In order to achieve workflow improvements within the company, we utilize the experience of all our employees in the continuous improvement process. UKM began CIP on the shop floor and it is being introduced in stages to all divisions of the company.

Our well trained and experienced CIP coordinators guide teams of employees to systematically find weaknesses in the workflows, in operations and in quality, and to develop simple solutions for eliminating any weak spots. The coordinators are trained in Kaizen techniques as they were initially implemented in Japanese companies like Toyota.

Many successful enterprises apply CIP. All employees in the company are involved. The rewards are a lean production with flawless processes, zero defects quality, low inventory stocks, short processing times and efficient workflows in all supporting divisions.
