We are only as good as our employees. The people working at UKM are highly qualified and skilled, having learnt their trade from the bottom up. About 300 specialists operate our machines, check the quality of our products and continuously develop manufacturing processes. We thus work according to the latest standards and in line with the individual needs of our customers and employees. This includes flexible working hours and workplaces with modern equipment.
In order to continue to meet our high standards in the future, we greatly value training and further education. Around ten percent of our employees are trainees. This means that we will continue to have enough skilled workers in the future, because working at UKM has a bright future.
